Jake Garner
Managing director
Established Candover Green in 2008 after 15 years recruitment and executive search experience in London and overseas. The company was set up to serve the recruitment needs of the Renewable Energy, Environment and Waste Management industries. Previously, Jake recruited extensively into Banking, Financial Services, Project & Infrastructure Finance, and specifically in Renewable Energy Finance. In 2007 Jake invested in a Tidal Stream Energy Project in the Kaipara Harbour in New Zealand. This is the foundation upon which Candover Green has been built.

Rebecca Boisclair (Née Marsden)
Operations Director & Principal Consultant.
Rebecca joined Candover Green in 2013 and is the driving force behind the growth of the company. Having worked within the industry for over 15 years and built up a large network, Rebecca heads up the Environment & Waste Management divisions for Candover Green. Managing operations and assisting with the successful development of the business. Management of a team of consultants, providing training and a structured development programme in order to give the highest level of communications, effective and consultative recruitment service to both clients and candidates. Rebecca has assisted with our clients' business expansion in the UK and overseas, offering strategic advice relating to recruitment and development plans.

Lucinda joined Candover Green in 2016 with 17 years recruitment experience working with clients within a variety of industries including Energy, the Built Environment and Engineering Consulting. Lucinda is a diligent, thorough and dependable Recruiter who works extremely hard to provide outstanding service to clients and candidates alike and now works with the Candover Green team on a contracting basis for specific projects.
